Sarah is an East Coast transplant to Los Angeles. She is an Atlanta, Georgia native and a graduate of the Savannah College of Art and Design where she received a BA in Communication and Graphic Design. She spent her first decade out of college working as an Art Director in the beauty and skincare industries in both New York City and Los Angeles. Relocating throughout different neighborhoods in New York and LA planted a seed for her love of real estate. Buying her first home in Brooklyn - and later in Los Angeles - led Sarah to pursue a career in real estate.
Relocating to Highland Park and working with the RealPro Eastside and Shelhamer Group team solidified her love of the area and she knew she wanted to start a new chapter in her career. Several times – buying and selling houses of her own – has afforded Sarah a sensitivity towards her clients’ journey, which can be attributed to the first-hand perspective she gained through her own personal experience. Her love of design and interior spaces plays a role in her desire to help people find the right space to call home.
Zac's from Spokane Washington. As a child, his passion for competition and winning lead him to race motocross professionally and to this day he prefers his motorcycle to a car. Zac moved to Los Angles at the age of 21 to pursue his second passion…real estate. His love of architecture and a melting pop of Los Angeles culture landed him in DTLA’s Historic Core where he lived for many years watching the recent expansive development first hand.
His real estate career focused in the commercial sector specializing in mixed use leasing with a client base including State Farm all the way to smaller start up companies for artists and photographers. He is thrilled to have joined Glenn Shelhamer and the Shelhamer Group transitioning his focus towards Residential Sales. Zac's negotiation skills and drive to win will guide you towards the correct place to call home while saving you time and money.
