  • ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES.

    All documents to be sent to you electronically via e-mail for you to digitally sign.

  • ONLINE SIGNING FOR CLOSING

    Sign closing documents from the comfort of your own home. Zoom meetings for step-by-step loan and escrow paperwork signing. We won’t skip a beat.

The Buying Process

  • VIRTUAL HOME TOURS.

    We have the tools and technology to provide virtual video or real time video tours for homes you may be interested in purchasing.

  • EARNEST MONEY.

    All money is now wired. No need to bring a check.

  • INSPECTIONS.

    Once our inspectors inspect the home, they will send you detailed reports with photos and descriptions.

  • ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES.

    All documents to be sent to you electronically via e-mail for you to digitally sign.
